Food Safety Training & ServSafe® Certification

Provided by Raise the Grade®



The ServSafe® program at Raise the Grade® provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to food-service managers. Participants will earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). Food service and production businesses in North Carolina must have at least one ServSafe® (or equivilant) Management Certified PIC present during all hours of operation.

Our unique course model allows you to study with our instructor/proctor for a facilitated review immediately followed by the ServSafe® Exam.
